Payment Policy
At Glovera all prices are in US dollars (USD) and shipping is free on every order.
Payment methods we accept
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
- Afterpay: pay in 4 interest-free installments, every 2 weeks (subject to Afterpay approval).
- Cash App Pay.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your device; on the checkout page you will see the ones you can use.
When you are charged
You are charged at the moment you confirm your order. It is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions or automatic charges afterwards.
Security
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and each provider (PayPal, Afterpay and Cash App) over an encrypted connection. Glovera never sees or stores your full card details.
Declined payments
If your payment does not go through, the order is not processed. Check your card details or try another payment method; if the problem continues, write to us.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the same payment method you used. All the details are in our refund policy, with the 90-day guarantee.
